How Can I Control My Snacking?
First off, don’t throw out the evidence.
Every day I sit down to do some writing and additional work on my laptop, I like to make myself a nice cup of cappuccino, wrap myself up in a blanket, and snack on a protein bar or a few pieces of chocolate. I am BIG on snacking so anything sweet I find will do.

It helps me to relax and have fun while working, lets me concentrate, and actually look forward to this time.
Now, I've had troubles in the past, where I lost track of just how much I snacked on — where I avoided snacking just because I was afraid I might give in to temptation and go over my limit.
I think we can all agree that this is a very sensitive topic for all of us. If not careful our snacking can quickly get out of hand and before we know it we’ve had waayy too much! So we stay away scared to indulge, which seems simple but not efficient because most likely our cravings will get the better of us eventually.
