How Water Changed My Body Forever

Up to 60% of the human body consists of water. Heart, lungs, kidneys, skin, muscles, and bones.

Your cells, organs and tissues need water to help regulate body temperature.

As you lose water by breathing, sweating, and digesting food, it is important to consume enough water for your body to function properly.

Water has a lot of benefits and I simply can’t talk about all of them, but here are three major changes I’ve noticed in my body.

Healthier And Stronger Immune System

Whenever the flu was going around I caught it! My body was too weak to fight off any bacteria, lying in bed for weeks I was not able to get up. Seeing the doctor and getting prescription for antibiotics didn’t help.

Hearing people brag and claim how water plays a huge role on their health, I new it was time for a change. Determined to flush out my body, I attempted to switch entirely to water for a whole month!

Adding water to my diet, I was very strict with myself and made sure I consumed up to three litres of water everyday! I was determined to get the best results possible.

Feeling more energetic and much healthier I began seeing changes

All the water made me stay hydrated, which naturally made my body fight off any toxins and other bacteria, and helped prevent sickness.

Fixing my immune system giving my cells enough oxygen to function properly it became a lifestyle change. So much stronger and so much healthier I feel like a new person!

Here’s a tip, drink water!

You’ve probably heard it before, but I can only confirm that it actually helps!

Before my breakfast every morning I drink a bottle of water. Before lunch I’m already at one and a half litres of water. Late afternoon I finish it off with the usual three litres.
